When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the booking amount is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. For bookings made within the 6-week period, the total booking amount must be paid immediately. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before the start of your stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. No refund will be given for cancellations within the 6-week period. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
A security deposit of €750 is required when booking.
This amount must be paid in advance. Two weeks before arrival, you will receive a payment request. If you leave the property in good condition and no damage is found, you will receive the deposit back within 14 days.
Essential Information
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.
- Upon request, the owners can provide a high chair and crib for you.
- Pets are welcome upon request and only if you book the entire stay.
- For charging electric vehicles, there is a public charging station located 100 meters from the property. The property does not have a charging station for electric vehicles, and it is not permitted to charge them here.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- Parties and events are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
- Domaine La Valette can also be booked for business purposes, such as meetings, workshops, or retreats (prices upon request).
