General Terms

• Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 11:00.
• All outstanding payments must be settled at latest 7 days before arrival.
• The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
• Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
• Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.

Cancellation Policy

If you are forced to cancel your reservation send written notification immediately. Cancellation must be notified by you BEFORE your arrival date.

For any cancelled stay:

• More than 31 days before arrival: Full refund less processing fees which remain due.
• Between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 25% of the price will remain due.
• Between 20 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the price will remain due.
• Between 7 and 2 days before arrival: 75% of the price will remain due.
• Less than 48 hours before arrival: 100% of the total price will remain due.

If the stay is shortened for any reason, the total price of the reservation remains forfeit. No refunds will be made.
